After struggling for years, we received the help we needed. We are now expecting our first child!

I have been trying to conceive for a while now, is it too late to get into the program?
As a matter of fact, is never too late, as is never too soon neither. Most of the actions we take and the strategies we navigate in this program will take from weeks till a couple of months before you see and feel the outcomes. Consider the ca. 4 months that takes an egg to mature. So no matter where in your TTC journey you are, you will benefit from The Renew Fertility Method as you will likely also experience smoother periods, feeling more confident, more energy, better metabolism, more balanced hormones, brighter skin as will be tapping into your own longevity.
I am planning my pregnancy, when shall I get started preparing for conception and register into the program?
Never too early, as I also always say never too late neither. The egg takes to mature about 4 months while sperm about 2 to 3, although we should really plan for preconception like we plan for a wedding or any other important event in life. For some, we might even take a whole year to get ready for a pregnancy, specially those with systemic or chronic inflammation, insulin resistance, come off the pill or many reproductive health condition.
Do you guarantee immediate results?
We do not guarantee immediate results. Success requires commitment and effort. If you are looking for a quick fix or instant results without putting in the necessary effort for a successful conception and life birth, this program might not be the right fit for you.
Can my partner join too?
Absolutely! The Renew Fertility Method is design to support both of you and it is my recommendation that both join, that is why both of you are included in the same package/price.
Do you recommend supplements within the program?
We do recommend supplements during the program tailored to your unique requirements, we tap deeper into supplementation in the second half of this program to allow your body to do its work and sync with your body systems. If you are only looking for a list of supplements to take without making other changes or taking further action, this program might not meet your needs, as it is very comprehensive and often supplements are recommended, but first we take care that your body is ready to absorb them and utilize them properly.
Are the costs of testing included?
The cost of testing is not included in the program fee.
Within the program, there are a few ways you can move forward to get the testing you need as we navigate different testing to see what tests you might need the most, either through your main health provided and/or the advanced testing available for you.
