After our first free consultation, we start by completing a comprehensive intake questionnaire providing information about your lifestyle and medical history. This helps us gain a deeper understanding of your needs.

We proceed to a personalized 60-90 minutes consultation, completing a symptoms' assessment for an overview of possible levels of inflammation and toxicity, and exploring your holistic well-being across life and health aspects, guiding us to better tailor your approach.
At this point if applicable, we pursuit with testing options appropriate to your needs, such as hormones, gut health, microbiome, DNA/genotype, organic acids, intolerances, heavy metals, or nutritional profiles, to mention some.

How does the testing works on the remote format you offer?
With the remote testing format, you receive the test at home in a package containing all the necessary information and materials for collecting the sample. Then the sample is shipped back to the lab with the corresponding shipping labels also included in the package.
Are the costs of the tests, supplements, etc, included in the plan?
No, the costs of the tests, supplements, herbal remedies, and dietary preparations are not included in the wellness plan.
Do you provide specific brand recommendations?
Yes, we navigate your options within specific carefully chosen brands, and while we offer well-researched and proven recommendations for supplements, herbal remedies, and dietary products as part of your personalized wellness plan, the choice of specific brands and purchasing locations is entirely at your discretion. We provide guidance based on efficacy and quality, allowing you the freedom to select products that best align with your preferences and accessibility.
